I just like to look at positives in players we are likely to sign.

I have no attraction as such to him, but can certainly see the positives.
He's young, rapid, covers multiple positions and is a flair player that will win us a lot of free kicks.

Ticks a lot of boxes. Him and Ndiaye in the team and we're a lot less predictable going forward next season.

Minteh was a more exciting link but wouldn't be unhappy with Gnonto at all at the right price.

Ndiaye and Gnonto certainly make us less one dimensional.... Obviously providing we can get the deal done.
 

Over half of what were getting for onana whos one of the highest rated young cms in the world and just had a top showing in the euros.

Where we're willing to spend that much on a midget whos done sod all.

The club has to invest in youth and potential, they’ve decided to back Gnonto, thinking here is who can we sign to turn a profit in X amount of years. I’ve long come to the understanding these are investments as much as signings.

Job of work with these transfers is finding a cash cow for 2/3 years time.
