£50 is a huge wedge for one shirt but I guess a lot of people who shell out that kind of money will get a lot of wear out of it. By next summer it seems a reasonable deal - especially if you can get a free name/number thrown in which you often can.

I was like f*** that when i first saw the price but then i realised i probably wore my 2011/12 kit about 30 times last year and will continue to wear it.

It's a fukn rip-off, practically everything to do with the game these days is. As is everything to do with Nike.

Still love my Air Jordan V's though, and hate myself for it.

I dont understand the arguement, next time you go into JD or whatever, find a nike climacool top n gurenteed you're looking at 40 quid and for an extra tenner u get a beautiful everton logo on it and kenright gets a kfc

Is this just gonna be sold in the Everton shop?

I was in Niketown the other day in London, I asked 2 members of staff in the football section when they were getting the Everton kit....neither of them knew a thing

Not sure when its on general sale. they wont know until they get it i suppose. u can order it on the EFC website.

It's a ripoff but it's an optional ripoff.
You're better off not having it than having a jarg shirt though. Jarg shirts are okay if it's some foriegn team or a national one, but if you have a jarg shirt for your own team it looks quite bad imo. Better off just wearing a blue tshirt than a jarg everton shirt.

Just putting it out there. I am not complaining with that price, even with shipping costs and name on the back etc. I've mentioned it before, in Aus, football jerseys sell for around 130-160AUD, which is around 90 pounds...to me, 50 is a bargain...

The All Blacks jersery is similar to the price you've quoted, I agree it's not too bad.

Well, here in Norway a football shirt costs 600-700 kroner, which is about £70... As if that wasn't bad enough, there are 4-5 different sponsors on the kit, all in different colours. I can't describe how bad some of them looks.

Yeah but you guys get a wage that reflects your prices. You guys pay like 8 quid for a beer without batting an eyelid!

£50.00 for a football shirt is far too much,

I'll probably get two of the training/leisure tops for £25.00 each instead, much smarter.

Its utter crap, I will, for only the 2nd Year since God knows when, not buy the Home.

The black 1 is favourite atm, but the white 1 is also nice.

Tough choice.
This, I hate that I'm not getting the home kit so much but I refuse to buy that **** tier thing.
