If they were interested yes. If they were interested in any player we wanted we’d be the underdogs, so that point is rather irrelevant. The only other clubs mentioned are wolves and Bournemouth and we’ve got people going on as if we’ve said we’re going to bid for Neymar and get laughed at by the whole world.

Not sure why you think it's a big worry. He's our main target in the sense that it is the position we most desperately need to fill. I wouldn't read too much into the wording.

Will be a very good signing. Will just need time to adapt to the pace of the league, once he does that, he will become fan favourite. He’s solid defensively, reads the game very well. Good at going forward, got pace and can whip in a decent ball too. Can play on the right too if needed.

Just hope we sign him to annoy my cousin whose gone out and bought his kids new Celtic kits with Tierney on the back.
