Oddly phrased criteria, really, but then again i can't help but think that it can apply to a surprising amount of our players in recent history. The likes of Yakubu, Castillo, VDM (assist for a great goal, anyway), Gosling, Bilyaletdinov, Arteta, Pienaar, Lescott, Beckford, Vaughan, Jo, Rooney, what have you.
