Watched a 14 minute video on him and can confidently say that the boy can play a bit. He'll get bums off seats. Don't know if he's quick enough or strong enough for the prem but technically he looks the part.

..yep, the athleticism is the difficult bit to predict. I notice he’s 5ft 9in, not sure about his pace and power.

I think you've nailed it mate.

Technically decent but lacks athleticism and , as others have said , he's a no.10 and how many of those have we got?

He would be great, we need to have a solid core and also be developing players to mold into our philosophy (if there is one)

West Ham have agreed a £22 mill fee for him and trying to wrap deal up quickly. Think this is all paper talk

We tried that Bruce, they all jogged us on, so we ended up buying a load of rubbish players in their prime.

We tried all ways apart from solely buying yoots, a VERY risky strat, but lets try it at least!

If we think of the youngsters who stand a decent chance of making the first team next year, you're probably looking at Pickford, Holgate, Davies, Lookman, DCL. Then you'll have guys like Kenny, Baningme, Vlasic and possibly Dowell et al challenging for spots as well. That's a good amount of young talent imo, and I'm not sure we're suffering for a lack of young players that aren't proven at the top level.

I've no idea about this lad, but his stats are no better than Dowell's, so I do wonder if another youngster is what we really need, especially for the price being quoted.
