Realistically those 4 have to be in the shop window and hope a few of the bottom sides worrying about relegation take a nibble.

If you could find adequate replacements for all four then the squad looks a lot stronger.

If Brands has the money and decides not to spend but thinks Tosun is an adequate back up forward for the leagues top scorer then I despair. I do also get that options may be limited but then I also find it very hard to believe there isn’t a decent enough striker out there available who is a better option than Tosun, I mean, when he’s on the pitch it’s literally like we are down to 10 men, he’s that shocking.

A striker that hasn’t scored a League goal for our club in almost two years and offers nothing else isn’t what a club looking to play consistently in Europe needs.

Think Saint Maximim has long Covid (unless thats changed)

Leon Bailey would be amazing but if you wanted instant impact it has to be Wilf who knows the league and can play across the front 3 positions.

Would give Richarlison a kick up the backside as well as if he doesnt perform Zaha takes his spot and Iwobi or James go out on the right.

Thats what we need options options options!

You could get Saint Maximin or Bailey for half the price of Zaha and they’re about 5 years younger. We won’t sign any of the three though.
