There's no way Moyes only wanted 1 player. Clearly something has not gone to plan

Is it a lack of money? Has Moyes not been backed?

Has Moyes turned down lots of players?

Are the players we are targeting for Moyes not good enough ?

Is our recruitment process in need of an overhaul?

I dont now. But I imagine at least one of the above is true.

I bolded the 5 who are here on loan only, and painted red the ones who are entering the final chapter (or page) of their careers..... it is not looking great.

Situation would be a lot better if Calvert Lewin, Chermiti, Broja, McNeil, Mangala all weren’t out for absolutely ages, whilst Garner and Iroegbunam are only just returning.

I know we signed Broja when he was injured but we seriously need to get a grip on this moving forward. Last season we were reasonably good with injuries but aside from that it’s season on season of being blighted by missing players. Look at the impact it’s had on Spurs, meanwhile Liverpool soar at the top of the league with virtually everyone fit all season.

Regardless of who we sign we have to sort this issue out.

summer ;)

We say that every summer and we always fail.

They obviously need to give our fanbase some belief early on as this window has been nothing short of a disgrace.
The only constant is that every transfer window deadline day Everton fans expect something unrealistic. Our deadline day signings in the main have been poor, what we knew or flukes, like Lukaku, when we wanted Ba.

agree ;)

The bedwetting going on in here 😄

We will be in the Prem going into Bramley Moore in the summer, with hugely increased revenue (with the psr rules changing to 85% of revenue allowed on the squad), a hugely reduced squad bill and very rich owners.

There will be massive investment in the squad then.

They’re working long into the night

Our first 3 goals had nothing to do with Ndiaye vs Leicester. He is important for us and an excellent player but we can score goals he isn’t involved in.
Correct...but we were very lucky playing against the worst defense in the division. Garner had a big game and he is going to have to play every single match going forward because we have zero option from the bench....let's hope he doesn't have a setback.
