Everywhere you look we need reinforcements, but despite the need for full backs, wingers, centre forwards, etc. I think the vast majority of our woes would be eased by signing a midfield general. Someone who has the courage to receive the ball, who makes himself available to his team mates and who will absolutely bollock those around him who are being wimps.

It really stood out tonight, all this passing sideways and back because they are scared to either receive the ball, or they know if they do receive it they will have no-one available to pass it to. We need someone to get into their faces when that happens, someone other than pickford. So leaderless at the moment!
