sounds good to me! i can see traffic a major major problem though i like to see us there just cant see it as there will be far more questions than answers
 
Flipping heck the only way to satisfy all is to have the new stadium in cloud cuckoo land! because thats where you are all coming from. As for that KEIOC there was nothing there to suggest that Gubay would allow his land to be used for a stadium! let alone finance.

Suggest we just let them talk and then listen when more info is available. Can understand L.C.A.B. wanting to stay in L4 but we have been through all that about GP already. Give it some time and meanwhile go back to munching popcorn, putting pineapple on pizza and let Chico alone to stare at gay male of female in pink.

I presume you are talking about Albert Gubay here RJ? Charitable chap he is, he's in the process of giving half of his $1b fortune away..
 
whatever and wherever the new stadium is , its not going to be the grand old lady that is goodison and will certainly lack its 'magic' , which is very very very sad.

my dream is a staged redevelopment of one of the greatest stadiums in history.
with all the time money and effort wasted over the past years since before the kings dock debarcle we could have finished the place by now.

tbh ive lost all confidence in the clubs handling of the stadium and expect them to settle for any old cheap looking tat aslong as someone else is paying for it.
we will probably will end up with a stadium that looks like a chinese knock off from ebay that falls to bits after 2 days.
