Are you referring to the Vibrac loan which was paid off in the summer when the final broadcasting revenues were received?

It has been replaced by a new loan with JG Funding in August.

Neither good nor bad mate, very similar arrangement.

Without an injection of capital Everton will be relying on debt for several years to come. That injection will only likely happen when there is a takeover.

What I don't understand is that when you have a premium global brand why you feel the need to "gild the lily". Much better in my humble opinion to state the attractiveness of the product at home and on TV and the opportunities to continue to grow the brand and incomes globally.

Lillies are pretty nice on their own, do they look better covered in gold?

Our tickets are cheap relative to most other clubs plus we sell a high proportion of heavily discounted tickets through season tickets, plus junior and senior discounts.

Put simply. Mixture of low base price, and high level of heavily discounted season tickets so not a great deal of tickets are sold at full price.
Surprised that it is 60% of PL average and even more surprised that it can be calculated from the group accounts. Premier League turnover is dealt with in Goodison Park Stadium Ltd accounts. @the esk may have access to these but not on Companies House yet.

I'm guessing our match day corporate revenues from boxes etc. will be much lower than most of the league and will be a significant factor in this.

Boxes hospitality etc are classed as part of commercial other revenue in the accounts mate.

You sure about that? Thought Old Trafford was pricey, but miles behind Arsenal and Chelsea. I remember seeing a stat that showed United and Chelseas match day revenue was nearly identical but with Chelsea having 30000 odd less seats

Mind you, that was a few years back.

And I might have stumbled into something I know very little about.
