They can do what they want. They can ban everybody for no reason at all if they wanted. Much like I can choose who I let inside my house, the club can choose who enters Goodison.

So if they decided they weren't going to admit any ginger haired people they would be entitled so to do?

I would imagine the ginger haired bannees would have a very lucrative class action on their hands :D

Yes they could. They'd get sued for discrimination like, but they could still stop them from entering.
 
I feel like writting a letter to Everton thanking them for banning this lad and assuring them they have done the correct thing and i hope they do it more often

Twitter is really narcissistic bullshit, he's uploaded a picture to get retweets knowing he'll get avuse, but retweets are valuable these days.

The ban can stand everton done it with tom Caff years ago because he was slagging the box office staff off on kipper he got banned for a year by them. However where does it end, I know a lad who had been tagged in pictures in Facebook slagging the [Poor language removed] off and everton contacted him he also nearly got banned

Haha yeah I remember Tom caff getting banned!
