Real fans is a terrible turn of phrase and I hope he clarifies it. Any other time though no one would focus on it as much.
 

Any player with sense would keep their heads down at the moment.

Not the time to be talking about fans like that.
 
I agree with him. Football fans have always been known to have a whinge; it used to be over a pint in the pub. These days it's akin to airing our dirty laundry in public.
 
Didn't someone on here calculate his likely wages at Everton since arriving to be circa £8M?

That feller, one of the most ordinary players I've ever witnessed, will have walked in and out for a large fortune for achieving precisely **** all. An utter charlatan.
 

I agree with him. Being negative and saying "we're gonna get off to a **** start" over and over and over will just confirm that that does in fact happen. The squad is strong, but it's like when you're playing redarse, and you're gonna kick at the poor sod who went in goal. Someone goes "don't miss lad." so what do you do? You miss him and join him at the wall of course.
 
He should've ****ed off to spurs when he had the chance.

How dare he critisize the fans when he's just signed a big contract extension and has shown **** all ability wise to justify it.

He really should concentrate on keeping his head down and maybe trying to win games, not that he should be playing anyway.
