Having seen the highlights on MOTD it looks like we played much better than it seemed listening to the radio.

Watchin us miss back to sitters will do that.

None of the players played badly, and wigan were terrible. But there were big spells where we hoofed and created nothing.

Wigan were really really poor. We should be winnin there games

I thought Lawro summed it up. We played ok - certainly well enough to win the game. If we'd got the result we deserved the mood here would be very different. Or if this was just a one off. But it's not a one off. Again and again at Goodison this season we've flattered to deceive, and failed to put teams away that we should be beating 75% of the time. That's the frustrating thing, not yesterday's performance.

Jags was speaking on Everton TV saying that we're leaking sloppy goals because we're too relaxed. It's probably the same up front- not focussed and alert enough when chances arise. It's up to the gaffer to keep them on their toes. By the way, is it just me or is Jags carrying some extra timber at the moment?

Nothing wrong with our approach play just when we get in and around the box we don't have a clue.
Why Mosie persists with an off form Saha is bemusing to me and every other evertonian I'd guess too.
Time to give beckford and yak a 90 minute run out.
They can't do any worse, can they ?
