Going off our form and the way we set up I'd be surprised if we don't concede 4 or 5 goals.

He's going to pick the same tired 11 as usual and try to sneak a draw which will go wrong the moment we concede.

We offer nothing going forward so it'll basically be City trying to break us down until they do, then the floodgates will open

If there’s ever a game for Moyes to go cautious, it’s this one, considering how well City punish teams on the counter and switch play quickly. With this squad, there’s no sense going toe to toe with them, because every transition and every turnover would give City the chance to get at us and run into huge spaces against our slow and clumsy back line.

Same goes for experiments. If ever there was a game where we need Gana, it’s now. No point throwing Dibling, George or Röhl in there. Then when Gana’s legs go, bring on Iroegbunam. Or move O’Brien to centre-back, put Garner at full-back, and play Iroegbunam alongside Gana in midfield. Young players need to be integrated, but this is completely the wrong game for it.
Well Moyes is a t his best when being cautious— nor sure the results are any different though!

I feel like I’m cursed, the games I’ve managed to get tickets for me and my lad this season have been vs Villa, Tottenham, Newcastle and now Man City. If he still loves Everton after that run of games he will be stuck with them for life.
Take your lad to the cinema instead it will be more enjoyable and give your tickets to people you don’t like and let them suffer!

Sadly agree with this, what he could be do against City's forward line of Semenyo, Halland, Cherki and Doku ? I would be tempted to play Obrien centre half, he has pace, because Tarkowski and Keane are like two Snails in comparison. Play Patterson or even Garner at right back and add Tim to midfield, again he has pace, play KDH as an 8 and try Rohl ( pace) as a 10. City have pace all over the pitch.

He’s been training with them for a long time but our brilliant manager doesn’t think he is ready!
And he'd be right.
No point or purpose throwing him into a game against potential champions.
It's frustrating watching our fellas up top, I totally agree. Beto hopefully is fit , Barry....enough said !.

The team has put themselves in a tough spot with the lack of concentration after 90 minutes in each of the last two games. Had those results been draws we would be sitting in 8th place and could stomach another draw here or even a loss. To be even in with a sniff of Europe Moyes needs a win or at least a draw. Citeh need all three points. I am not hopeful but a 1-1 might be ok.
