why in the past 3 or 4 games have we looked sketchy as **** in defense ?

we dont look like a team that can win a game after going behind. For me the reason is that we have a central midfield with no pace whatsoever so they get caught in 2 minds on when to push on and it makes us so easy to counter. We need a striker who offers more than the ability to finish couple with central midfielders who go beyond that striker we have neither
