Not sure exactly how good he is gonna be but our defending from set pieces is costing us too much. we seem to have a wasted midfielder most games so why not three in centre at the back, cut out the mistakes from crosses, then give Baines and Coleman freedom to push on at all times

they've done it a fair few times this season, but yeah, we've continuously go with the same formation and same way of playing regardless of the opposition. But yeah, use swansea's final as an example, rip the weak opposition apart like we rightly should do. keep going for more goals and don't give them a chance to fluke their way back into it.

sadly, i doubt we'll do that

With what we've got Pienaar, Mirallas and Osman/Naismith could play with freedom. Our players tend not to move and look for space though.
