Enjoy the parade if Dino Dyche wins, dave.

Think a draw. We are moving along ok but never really seem to be able to grasp an opportunity and create real momentum, especially when expectations are raised.

This is another opportunity and a win would be quite significant. Forest are not all that either nor are they are bad side. It just screams a draw to me.

As others have stated, I have nothing but fond memories of Dyche, despite the bizarre circumstances surrounding his dismissal.

Kept us up twice against all odds, the second of which involved not one but two points deductions. He did what he was brought here to do.

Glad he's gone, as it means that we are vying to reach the top half of the table, rather than simply surviving.

But by any objective measure, his time here was a success given the circumstances
His run wasn't that bad........ if you add a few wins to it.

Will be a much more difficult game than some are making out here.

Opinions aside on Dyche, he is clued up and having spent a lot of time with the majority of our squad, think he'll have a few words of advice on weak areas and how to get at us. Tough one, hoping for another 1-0 and a clean sheet!

Will this end up being low block v low block. Both waiting for the counter instead of one team taking it to another possession wise.

They will hit hard on the counter.

Charly Alcaraz has played in centre midfield throughout his career. While he's often described as an attacking midfielder, he predominantly plays as a central midfielder but is also capable of operating in a more advanced or slightly deeper position.

Think of it like this: imagine a midfielder who's a bit like a Swiss Army knife - Alcaraz can slot into different midfield roles depending on what the team needs. Managers have also used him as a wide midfielder throughout his career, and even sparingly as a main striker. So while you'll often see him push forward into that number 10 role where he can create and score goals, he's definitely got the experience and ability to operate in a deeper, more traditional central midfield position as well.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with this.

The lad is a very direct player, a speedy counter player that's best used in certain pockets in front of the box.

He hasn't got the Nous for a CM, composure when receiving a ball in a compact area is not a strong point for him.

You wont see him pick a 20/30yard pass from the middle.
And he doesn't have the speed of mind to know what/who's around him.

He wears his heart on his sleeve and is a live wire, stick him in the middle and he'd be carded every game.
Opponents would target him.

As for wing play, no chance..

Charly is good at what he does, he's a pain in the ass for tiring defenders and keepers and will always look forward.
he doesn't possess all the other attributes to fill those roles.

I like charly, but he has to be used correctly, or he will just get lost in the game..
