If we manage to come back and win this and we finish the day in 5th it's going to be very embarassing for all of the moyes out posters.

If we go on to lose, there's no need for panic stations yet.

Any decision on sacking Moyes will take place at the end of the season, not after a first half of a single match.

Nobody is calling for his head. But you seem incredibly jumpy.

The truth is we are a middling side in a league of very fine margins. If we win today, we won't be making the Champions League. If we lose, we won't be relegated.

Moyes is neither a genius nor a duffer. Whether he's the man for the future is the question the owners will need to ask themselves. He's done tremendously well over the last 12 months. I think we'll need to move on from him come the summer - or the one after at the very latest. But if he can get us top half and take the cup seriously, he'll merit a bit more patience.
