Dyche gives it the big 'un about standards and yet he continually sets extremely low standards himself. He basically means that kids and new players don't meet standards but certain poor players can do whatever.

Imagine being in a dressing room where you have a striker who hasn't lifted a finger so far this season, has been actively trying to get out of the club and refusing to even inform the club that he isn't signing the new contract- according to Bobble, him and his agency have just stopped communicating. And then he gets selected to play anyway.
