….few things after looking at the ‘from all angles’ vid of the goal;

- Terrific cross-field pass from Young in the last moments of the game. Too often they’re overhit into the box and the keeper comes to collect.
- A very subtle cushioned header from Doucoure to Harrison from that pass.
- in the immediate aftermath of the goal, I’m not seeing RS players with their arms up appealing for a push.
- how wonderful they were singing their song and choked on ‘alone’ when the ball hit the net.

Best angle is at 3:38 where you get to see Moyes celebrate, Slot lose the plot, Garner flex on Liverpool staff and Myko going mental... culminating with a zoom out to Trent's dejected face.

I must have seen that goal a thousand times today even though I was working. I’m probably going to watch it a thousand times tomorrow as well

…..I’m contesting all the reports suggesting we’ve both won the same number of Goodison Derby matches

Nowhere do the figures include a very famous Cup Final played in front of over 50,000 fans in 1961. Obviously I’m of an age that knows of it, the RS fans often quote it because Ian St John made his debut and scored a hat-trick for them but it wasn’t enough to stop us winning.

So, FACT CHECK we won more Merseyside Derbies at Goodison than them. They want this one hidden but we can get the truth out there;
