Ref's not been that bad, only thing I would complain about is booking Lindstrom for asking for a yellow but not booking Salah for asking him to send off Gana.

So, outside of the injury, which to be fair is awful, it's been a good first half for Everton. I don't know if it'll be enough to see the game out but the game is competitive so far. Happy with what I've seen.
