Greg Okeefe thinks Mirallas will start ahead of Jelavic. THT and LCAB think he will be on bench and the hamstring worry is more in his head than an actual injury.

Good news either way, would prefer him from the bench though myself

Would start with:

Howard
Neville Jagielka Distin Baines
Naismith Fellaini Osman Pienaar
Anichebe Jelavic

Naismith over Gueye, but both are gash, maybe Oviedo in, but then he has to play right and he is natural left-foot

Hope we win 2-1, they score first and then we fight back with Anichebe and Jelavic scoring in last 20 min.

would take the scrappiest of 1-0's right now. With this wind and WBA having a bit of quality, think tonight may not go well.

both teams off the boil at the moment - Everton working better at the back (clean sheets ) and WBA at the front (Lukaku) lately-
both teams desperate for a win to get momentum again -
both teams want to stay ahead of Liverpool -
both teams have small squads with limited depth and funds -
both teams have missed the January shopping spree it seems -
looking at it from all angles - this game has DRAWN written all over it -
unless one very hungry team rocks up and grabs the game by the scruff of the neck -
unless one very unlucky team scores an own goal or two or gets a penalty or two -
drawing is like kissing your cousin and i must say we have had more than enough of that thanks -
PS - you made me chuckle there Chico - (plastic tea bag stories and all )

....Mirallas plays more central for Belgium but I can't see him being ready. Also if Jelavic is rested then I would expect Big Vic to get the nod. Dreadful weather here this afternoon, really windy and could be difficult playing conditions. I hope I'm wrong but the Fer debacle appears to be casting a bit of doom and gloom. Just hope we win.
