How much "midfielding" does Van der Vaart do though?

I think Becks will drop deeper if we do get overrun, think he will be willing to work hard to track back and get back up for attacks.

I'm thinking Saha might drop a bit deeper today, get more involved. Basically play the same sort of role Van der Vaart is doing.


I hope to god it works. I dont think I could take another loss.

Was thinking the same - Fellaini/Rodwell in the midst of it would have been more industrious to take advantage of it but I can't really complain with the team selection.

Definitely the end of the road for Yak though.
