Definitely. I think Moyes would like to play him at right back but he's just been far too effective in that midfield that we can't do without him there
For me he has to go right back now. Just because o brien isnt cutting it there. O brien looked better when moved to cb too and may get a few games if keane is injured. Depends if Branthwaite will be ready but doubt moyes will throw him in against city away

Just got home, what a game of two halves. Alcaraz sub was the turning point and apart from one Beto blunder that put them in on goal, he played quite well.

Ref was atrocious. How can you book Garner for pushing a player out of the way who was in his face for a good minute and wouldn’t move to allow the freekick. And then booked Moyes 🤣🤣

we’re do you live? i’m still stuck in the car in town lol

Probably give MOTM to Alcaraz for how he took the game by the Scruff, but really enjoyed Tim's contribution. Ndiaye's calmness for the pen, his overlooked defensive work and his shoulder drop for the cross gets a mention. Garner excellent throughout, and Pickford's usual brilliance. Beto charging about with a point to prove and Grealish demanding more from his teammates and not taking a step backwards.

Happy the way we bounced back the 2nd half. Looked like a much better team.

What a team!

That absolute theft of 3 points by us there is hardly gonna help the stealing Scousers stereotype.
Dunno about theft, think we deserved it for the second half imo.

They should have be 0-3 up in the first half tbf, but ultimately weren’t so only got themselves to blame. We couldn’t have been that bad in both half’s!
