Just been on the palace forums for a nose, they are a salty bunch & they really seem to hate us.
Comments like why did we have to lose to THEM

There match thread here if anyone wants a laugh
Strange but think thats forums in general. Never minded Palace and have enjoyed watching them last few years.

Yes, they do seem to hate us and the ignorant comment about the siren being a burglar alarm sums them up.

Fair play to Moyes for swapping things up at half time and pushing them on second half, but I really hope this is the end of his weird dislike of Alcaraz.

Alcaraz always uses the ball well, does things quickly and looks for 1-2s . If we are relying on a player like Beto or Barry, they will look better by having a player like that behind them. He speeds up and improves our play so much. He was a difference maker last season, and still has been when given a chance this season.
He has looked very sharp not sure why Moyes has a downer on him.

That felt like a goodison game. Team booed off at half time then they battled back in the second half and the crowd got behind them. Was really loud at the end and lots of people stayed behind after the final whistle to sing spirit of the blues.

The Charly sub changed the game. He has to start next week. I don’t think it is effective to play three low-socked dribblers behind the striker. Reminds me of when Koeman tried to play three 10s. Too one-paced and predictable. Charly offers something different and can open things up with his passing.

The world smiling on the blues. It is quite disturbing how the result of Everton’s game governs how much you enjoy your weekend.

Garner at RB going forward…. Simples
Need consistency from Tim to make this work. Garner is probably the best RB at the club (which is horrendous in and of itself), but what we lose in midfield when he’s not there is very noticeable.

We’re banking on any one of; KDH moving deeper, Rohl staying fit or Tim keeping the level he showed today.

RB in Jan has to be on the cards regardless

I tell you what though: our distribution of the ball is shockingly bad.

You compare us with almost any other team and they are far more efficient moving the ball around.

I'm shocked when we put a move together - it's that unusual.

If we maintain good form and stay top 10, we might be enough of a draw to snatch a RB. Winning changes everything.
