It's getting more real every second. It's going to be surreal knowing its the last time. Can't decide whether my emotions will be one of mourning that she'll be lost forever, or one of celebration of the big part of my life we've spent together. I'm not normally an emotional person but leaving Goodison after literally hundreds of dates with the Old Lady might just get to me on Sunday.

On this occasion I don’t think next season’s kit would be appropriate. Never in our history have two seasons been separated by such a chasm - the very old and the very new. Everything new, including next seasons kit, should be kept for BMD.

If the clubs old regime couldn’t get their act together to make a commemorative kit for the last game at Goodison (and it looks likely they didn’t) then I’d stick with our regular kit.
