I am reading that last night was an awful performance, I don’t know what people expected, Dyche was out the door a couple of hours and they think Baines and Coleman are going to immediately turn us into world beaters. We are hopefully involved in a process that is going to bring improvements to the club as a whole. Getting rid of Sean Dyche was the first step along what will be a long road. We need an interim manager now to take us to the end of the season, we also need a few new players and to dispose of a few. I don’t want any knee jerk reactions, but I don’t want us to dither until we lose out. We have been presented with an opportunity, an opportunity to be better than we have been for a while, I’m banking on TFG taking their time and building something that will last. Everton is a big enterprise which has been going in the wrong direction for quite a while and it is going to take a while to turn it around. This is definitely not a quick fix.

Would have lost or at best be facing a replay had Dyche been in charge.
Refreshing to see so many forward passes to feet.
I agree that Dyche is crap but not even he would have had us going to a replay ............because there are none now 😂

I mean, I know it was league one opposition, but it wasn’t awful in comparison to some of our games this season.

We controlled the game and aside from like 2 real scares, we were very comfortable. They could come at us as had nothing to lose.

Plenty of scope for improvement but I thought we looked more positive than we have done in ages.

It was boiled 💩.

It was largely terrible, but was an improvement on most games. Mainly because we were playing a League One team. Nice to see a few moves where we kept the ball on the ground and when we did, we looked more dangerous.

Ironically, our set pieces were once again a disgrace.

They can see how off the charts brutal Dyche's dismissal was.

They can also see what a classless bunch of turds these new owners are - owners who've proven at two clubs now they cant be trusted to respect the club they took ownership of.

Whatever you think of Dyche - whether you liked him or disliked him; whether you gave him credit or not much credit, whether you feel he'd have got its safe again or he'd have sunk us - the 💩house manner of TFG have gone about this is a disgusting thing to have happened to a feller who's only crime was to be straight with us.

we have been far to nice as a club for to long, let Dele train with us after he barely played a game then watched him go off and play somewhere else.

I am fed up being the nice guys, be ruthless and get higher up the league. being the nice guy for so long has got us nowhere time to be ruthless and push on as a club

Best thing about this game being played on a Thursday night is a stress free weekend. Done a food shop, invited to do an interview on Radio Cymru and then spent the rest of the day doing f all. Bliss👍
