Reasonably strong line up. I would've liked us to go full strength but at least it isn't a youth club line up.

Strong line up as long as Coleman is fit enough. Garner and Armstrong in midfield looks a bit weak but should be ok. Would be good if Campbell got 20 minutes from Myko at the end.

Grealish or Illy starting makes sense if the aim is to get Barry up and running. Prefer this pretty strong lineup to starting weak, going behind and then putting the superstars on to save the game at 70mins without a proper warm up. Recipe for disaster this early in the season.

Prepare as normal, put the game to bed, then take as many that will start at the weekend off as possible.

Yeah, wasn’t in their club World Cup squad as I remember, no idea about the rest but if he was working with a personal trainer as reported then seems unlikely
