Wasn't at the game, but we're all those disallowed goals very obvious offsides, didn't seem much var time, if any, when compared to what opposition have gotten before
The 2 in the first half were offside. The third I’ve still not seen any real reason it was given as offside. Fact VAR didn’t hold up the game seems criminal. Maybe even worse than the Fulham player not seeing a second yellow in the first half. We won so it won’t get any talk but those two decisions are at best total incompetence.

Agreed. No issues with the first 2 - it's bizarre to have so many in 1 game but they are standard offsides. The 3rd one though to have been scratched with little to no explanation is bonkers. Its at best highly subjective as to whether Barry was meaningfully active.

The lack of 2nd yellow was the worst by a mile though. Such a clear yellow. We have won despite several officiating obstacles.

Needs to be more noise about the KDH offside goal, was it given against Barry? If so, not a hope was he interfering with play, it barely even registered an replay, that happen across the park and sky sports would have it on a loop for the next week.....heard moyes saying in his after match interview that he believes alln3 goals were correctly ruled out? What?! Unless there's something I've genuinely missed???

No but you said we were lucky to be playing against them. But they are a team in the Premier League that everyone will have to play against so in what universe could that be lucky?

We’re lucky to be playing them at a time when they’re hopeless on the road. I doubt they will be that way all season. We didn’t win today because we have improved on the areas we’re struggling, we won because the opposition were poor.

Did anyone else notice or is it me, that thru balls down the middle were almost non existent as if the midfield players didnt have much faith / trust with that play. Complete opposite of play provided to Haaland that comes from all directions.
True. On the other hand comparing our's with the Viking Cyborg is not right either. To the Viking that is.

Just got back to the hotel. Awesome day! The new ground offers so much more than Goodison as a fan experience. Loads stayed behind after the game which means more ££££!

Thought Gana, Garner and Barry had good games today. The centre of midfield still looks a little porous for me. Rohl had a few dicey moments but some encouraging ones too.

If i'm being honest it was Grealish who disappointed me today. Could have offered so much more but spent an awful lot of time moaning at others.

But, my god, the stadium is beautiful
