What would you change

Play Garner or Patterson at RB. Take Keane out and play JOB at CB. As much as I like Röhl, the fact Moyes has now convinced himself that he is a RW says so much about him. We need to win. We're at home. I'd play a winger (not McNeil, who's not a footballer) there. Completely revolutionary, I know!
