3 people called out the post. I’m hardly picking on you here.

Relax. It’s just football.
They didnt claim I 'crapped the bed' though  I've posed an observation/concern over the fact that our momentum is in danger of dropping even further relative to those around us, despite it still being early days - which I caveated.

A win on Monday night is important for several reasons now. Shouldn't be controversial to be a tad concerned as things currently stand 🤷‍♂️

Concerned about what? Our survival???

No mate, of course not. Again - concerned over our momentum being halted relative to the clubs we're currently seen to be competing with.

A loss on Monday night and we'll have literally lost ground on most of the league since the last international break & heading into the next one. Not too great, yeah?

Hopefully its all moot anyway and we smash them.

This game now reminds me of when Palace ditched Roy Hodgson just before a Goodison game and Glasner was installed in the build up although he didn't actually take charge on the night. Pretty sure that was Monday game and it finished 1-1.

Games against West Ham have been pretty tight in last few years so with them surely raising their game a little so a draw wouldn't shock me now.

Nuno's first job will be drilling them on set pieces as that has been a real weak spot for them so far this season. Hermansen been a liability in goal and already dropped.

Gotta be honest - not really getting the attitude to my posts

Its really not that unreasonable to point out that we stand to lose even more ground on the top half of the league should we fail to beat West Ham on Monday & worse if we lose. It signals a clear decline since those back-to-back wins in August.

Obviously not the end of the world at this stage - but still really poor.

We haven't played it yet mate
Lets see what happens first.
If we win then its been a very good start . Why be negative about something thats yet to happen.

I tend not to be - but then again, its Everton

Feels like we havent seen us win in ages as well. Be arsed with another poor game heading into another break tbh...
