I've gone right off Beto. Next to useless. He used to make up for his lack of skill by running around like a madman, constantly making runs in behind, and being a nuisance. Does none of that now. Just wanders about, never holds the ball up and barely wins a header. Give Barry a run of games, at least he might become a top player.

To be fair mate these are sitting deep. Nowhere in behind for him to make runs. Not made for him, this game. I think Ndiaye at CF makes sense with Dibling on the right.

Beto feeding off absolute scraps, which I understand he will be doing against a low block like this. I’d give him until 60 and then bring Dibbers on with Ndiaye playing off the shoulder up front.

ok but not great by any stretch. Sitting far too deep for long periods. KDH has done well in little pockets, Grealish decent and Keane excellent. Nothing sticking with Beto, hasn't got his body into the correct positions at all.

I tell you what, I like being fairly ignorant on the sport. I thought Everton looked alright, but I come here and according to this thread, they're anywhere from crap to ordinary. One comment I've seen is someone just not caring about them winning. I am very much reminded of being a Detroit Lions fan in all of the years from 1987 until 2022. Just disappointment to the point of thinking good plays are [Poor language removed] and the team doesn't deserve a win.
