What a conundrum. Don't change a winning team, but who will keep McNeil in over Ndiaye?

Gueye could be left on the bench but it's horses for courses.
This is where the difference in how we should be playing at home comes into it.

Moyesy excels at defensive counter-attacking tactics away from home.

But if we’re going to need to take the game to Leeds then we will need the guile of Ndiaye.

Straight back in, for me - if he’s up to it.

…..ahead of our clash with Leeds, fascinating BBC article regarding how close we came to getting Don Revie as our Manager. It probably means little to most posters, but at one stage Everton and Leeds were the super teams of English football with an intense rivalry after Revie had transformed them.

Games against Leeds were battles and Revie did go on to become England manager;

Never heard that one Eggs, but there was a massive rumour about us being very close to signing Billy Bremner. To this day I always thought, who would you drop for him out of Ball, Harvey and Kendall ?

Quite shocked to read this morning, fascinating how it was found. Courted Bobby Robson too, that I was aware of, honestly never heard a word about Revie. Sliding doors!

Obviously it must be Ndiaye in for McNeil, and that's it as long as there are no injuries those who played against Villa. McNeil is crap and has been playing out of position thus making him even worse, Ndiaye is our best player and is excellent on the right.

Gueye on the bench, bring him on if we're looking to see our the game, same with Branthwait whenever he's deemed fit enough to return. No need for immediate starts for either of them.

Tough game this, Leeds in fine form - away from home form good as well. Reckon a single goal settles it, we need to play with intensity that we haven't really had at home. Real opportunity to move upwards in this division, if we have any hopes of European contention it's a game we have to win....fully expect a draw...
