Normally I'd put Gueye straight back in, but there are a few reasons why I wouldn't do that today:

1. The last fixture was one of the trickiest of the season and those who played midfield aced it. Why should they be effectively punished just because Gueye is available again?
2. If we cannot beat Leeds at home without Gueye in midfield then something is badly amiss.
3. Garner is in the form of his life and is doing all of the 'dirty' work that Gueye is known for.

Ndiaye of course has to start becase he's our best player.

….if this game was at Elland Rd I’d mention the two absolute screamers I scored there, never mind.

With our difficulty in breaking teams down at home, I’d hope/expect Ndiaye to come straight back in, especially with Grealish now being as good as gone. It’ll still be a big problem for us but maybe not too long before KDH is up and running which should also help.

Moyes will select a midfield that most fits the way the opposition plays but he has a bit of leeway here if Gueye isn’t 100%. The bench could also start to look a lot stronger if Branthwaite and KDH are involved. McNeil could be important, he’s been involved in a few key goals lately and his set piece delivery might be our best route here.

Bottom line I keep coming back to is the hope that we’re just better than them.

Between striking rigidly to last week's winning team and tinkering with African Cup champions...
We'll soon see who's got the brains or who's just playing roulette.

This is a game we should be winning, and I think we will. Our midfield should be way too strong for them, our defence is tight and with Illy back we should be able to knock in a few goals. Going 3-0 for the good guys.

chance to move up into 7th, home game, vs lower table opposition....ready for the typical everton/moyes let down game
Coming on to say the same thing.... up to 7th, 1 point behind the RS, and with our away form the next 2 games look fairly reasonable also. So it's only 'typical' that we go and mess this one up.

Let's hope this isn't the case and we have a lift with players back (in the squad or 1st 11) and we smash them... would be a massive win for us and hopefully a turn in home form. Let's hope the players are up for it!
