We need to have a clearly defined way of playing (within reason, Dyche has a clearly designed system but its total garbage so it doesn’t matter), we need to have defined roles within that system, we need to have a recruitment play that finds players for the system, we need to have managers who are bought into this and we need to have a DOF or other management type structure that ensures we’re spending in a sustainable way both for the finances and for stocking the team with talent.What is it you think we need to do to 'gain an edge' so to speak.
