I'm not disagreeing with what you say but it makes no difference as we just won't do it, we are never going to be that club, bringing Moyes back shows that. We are just not that club and I'm not seeing TFG as these dynamic owners who are radical enough to make those changes, not even that impressed with what they have done at Roma tbh. It just won't happen imo.

I guess what I’m saying though is that this is still existential. We need to do this so we can survive permanently. There are clubs with more money than us. There are clubs that are smarter than us. And slowly but surely clubs with similar amounts of money (Leeds, Sunderland) are making their way back to the league. If we’re not doing anything to gain an edge we’re going to have a year where the team isn’t quite good enough or the breaks aren’t quite there and that’s gonna be that.
