If they make up their own European competition , then they should quite simply be barred from any existing European competitions.

That would probably help them in starting their own European league earlier and help them come up with the excuse that they were really forced into it.

They would end up having to have a squad for each. Funny part is realistically they could do that now, well most of them, maybe not the other lot as losing one player for a couple of months seems to be the worst thing to have ever happened.

A registered squad for each is an option. The PL would be daft to allow them to continue to play in a foreign league though, while treating the PL as a secondary competition and taking money out of it.

Think that through though. If they are in both leagues, and say United win the PL, then they will be invited to play in the CL; the competitor of this FIFA thing.

If they turn down the invite, what is the point of even being in the PL in the first place?

Looking at the other team last season, I don't think the "glamour" of winning your own domestic league would fade much.

So, boiled down, you would have two European organisations.

FIFA. Invite only, no relegation, one competition, loads of cash. (for now).

or

UEFA. As is, less 18 clubs. Less cash, (for now).

I am not 100% certain that some of those 18 clubs would lose what they have for what they might get.

Expel any club who goes from it from the Premier League. Let them go compete in their own little bubble of non-importance and let football get on with it.

The Premier League holds all the cards here if they're brave enough to play them.

Id go a step further.
Strip them of their FA membership. They don’t get to play any English sides, not even in a friendly - and that includes all teams for the clubs including reserves and all junior sides. No domestic cup competitions either.

They can only play the other greedy clubs teams and no one else in this country.

If the FA want to go the full hog then I’d propose a full UK league including ALL clubs for England, NIreland, Scotland and Wales - and no one gets left out. A complete revamp.

Need to outcast them completely. Fkin nobheads.

As this is all about money all participating teams will probably be guaranteed near to the kind of money only the winners of the C/L currently get and the prospect of a lot more the further they go in the competition.
