I won't find the definition for the slang usage in question there.

You are also raging in the above post I quoted, if we're going with that usage. The definition of that one in American English is "to go off about something". I believe that in the King's English, you change the verb and reverse the preposition. It becomes "to be on about something", which is weird to us Yanks but those of us on both sides of the pond have already realized that our respective versions of 'English' are about as mutually intelligible as Spanish and Portuguese.

For some reason, we're the Portuguese-speakers that generally understand you, but you're the Spanish-speakers that can't understand us unless we learn your lingo. I'm not really sure why that is.
"On" and "Off" seem to be adverbs in your examples there, rather than prepositions.

Klinsmann’s been the best pundit, Lineker really is getting on my tits now, he’s so smug, especially that smirk he’s doing on the iPlayer thumbnail picture of him. Jürgen has made watching BBC enjoyable, ITV on the other hand are utter cringe with “Live is Life” before the adverts and that “lalalala!” ditty. The presenting is just not likeable nor the team.

Looking forward to the game tonight, although the person playing a guitar and singing “Sweet Caroline” on breakfast TV was annoying to say the least.

What channel is it tonight?

Klinsmann has been great

Really classy dude

2004 Wakefield, Boston and Colchester lol Hoping again for a repeat performance. Imagine if rashford misses the final penalty and then camera cuts to Sterling and he is laughing.

If we lose and the players don’t start kicking seven shades out of each other; then I’m setting Waitrose alight to show my disgust.

Wouldn't have surprised me no

They didn't in the end and it was a good win for England

Just because I got that call wrong doesn't mean I'll get this one wrong

I predicted Spain at the start of the tournament when they weren't favourites with most and they've made the semi's and could still make the Final too

Some you get right, some you don't
To be fair, there is no evidence that you've got anything right so far.
