There'll be a few of the notorious English urchins within that lot, but from what I can see they're mostly young adults or students who are out on the lash.

The football is merely a convenient excuse for them to go out, get ruined and do stuff that students rightly or wrongly do, which is cause mayhem.

I bet there's a few in the MET who are looking forward to giving a few of them a smack.
