Don’t really care about the negative comments, I’ve waited 25 years for this. 11 year old me was in tears in 96, 33 year old me was heartbroken 3 years ago. I’m close to tears here for the right reasons tonight, Sunday night I get to watch England play in an international tournament final. If we lose on Sunday, it’ll hurt but this England team have gave me something back over the last 3 years, the love of watching the Three Lions again

All credit to Denmark, they’ve been the surprise of the tournament, they could have completely folded after the events in Copenhagen but they showed incredible team unity getting this far, it just proved to be one game too far for them
