Yeah, let’s keep rewarding those trying to take advantage of it. If you’re any sort of athlete like these are, you know the difference between a knock and an actual injury. They stay down in hopes of gaining an advantage. Stop giving it to them and they’ll stop playacting.

Yep exactly this. It's sportsmanlike when the guy is hurt sure but when you're Honduras getting hurt every 3 minutes to grind out a 0-0 it's not on.

Kicking the ball out for an opponent that's down; even if you're unsure on how legit the injury is, will always be the sportsmanlike thing to do.

It's not. Still the number should be 10/10. People want respect for injuries than they need to respect injuries by not faking it.
