Look at the positions - he goes for a 'type' in attacking areas, and that 'type' is whoever plays for the 'big six'.

Hell, even Sancho isn't get a look in for the same reason.

TBF I think Sterling is the problem here - pick him and you sort of have to have a similar inside forward type on the other side. Kane doesn't really function with that type (he needs a rat forward like Son, or Sewerz) and so it never really works up front, then you have the same problem we have perenially that the full back has to provide the width, so you need DMs to cover them when they go forward etc etc etc.

I mean if they'd play to Kane's strengths, these would be 4-4-1-1, Grealish probably would start and god forbid England would probably look a lot better.
