A quick glance at US odds suggested two things. Belgium at 16-1 is underpriced, if you think historical match results mean anything. Ukraine at 100-1 is either attracting sentimental money, people who think the fix is in or some of both.
Other than that, the implied odds didn't seem interesting or attractive. England at 25% to win it is insanity, and the vig across the board is hefty (as it usually is for this type of bet, when compared to a match wager or casino game).
Can you even bet over there?
Excuse my ignorance, but my information which I get from Murican films and TV shows tells me that to place a bet you have to visit some shady backstreet guy who places a bet for you but also murders your whole family if the bet loses and sometimes even if it wins.

People in Nevada never had to, if they lived near Vegas or Reno. In the last few years, a whole bunch of states have legalized online sports betting. Some states where wagering on horse racing is legal now permit sports betting at the track, and I think Atlantic City has added sports betting.
Like with anything else over here, members of Congress and state legislators have their hands out. Throw enough money at the problem, and sooner or later they'll cough up what you want.

I love Portugal at 8-1. They’re stacked. I just don’t know if I can trust brown shoes to go all the way. I also honestly would like the Dutch at 16-1 if Koeman wasn’t in charge. Everton has scarred the way I think about such things.
