That's probably fair. The Europeans I have worked with are by and large better educated, harder working and more talented than the Brits I have worked with. And they are all leaving because of Brexit.
Of course, this knowledge is why inadequate and insecure Brits voted for Brexit. We will essentially be the country equivalent of the forsaken spaceship n Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy. So sad.
