Wanted to hang Nelson Mandela. In the 80s-90s he was as extreme right as you could get before getting into the banned parties. Accusations of bullying staff galore.

What a 'kin world we live in

also the expenses

His interview with Iain Dale today was priceless - to quote the LBC account of it:

Iain Dale is an absolute helmet.

.... then surely he should bring the Withdrawal Bill to the Commons (which is what Letwin et al have said they will vote for).

Instead it seems they are going to try and re-run todays "meaningful vote", even though Bercow will probably rule it out of order anyway and this evenings letter-writing antics will probably drive any further Labour waverers away and cause him to lose that court case in Scotland.

He will do next week I expect. He now knows who will vote for it, the ERG, etc, he’s tested the water today. He’s also testing the EU regarding any extension. It’s been a good day for Boris and one where the U.K. voters will be absolutely turned off by Letwin and Corbyn.......

I presume this must all be a slight of hand trick and while we focus on this, Johnson will reveal the prestige somewhere else. If not we have finally entered the golden age of school ground politics.

Honestly didn’t know that.

I suppose I should be used to this given the back catalogue of most Stormont politicians.
