Joey mate, we have our little EU bubble on here, and I am sure there are plenty of others. These threads/forums attract those who have taken a real interest/are passionate about it all.

This week, on my rounds, I have spoken to dozens of normal people about it. Not an interview, just make a joke about Brexit being the reason why its raining or sommet, and you know what? The vast majority are not arsed any more.

Most say May has tried to do the impossible. Everyone wants it over, and staying where we were seems a decent idea, and hardly anyone had anything other than a withering contempt for "Nige", and you know why? Normal folk hate being taken for mugs as we were.

Now I am sure @Old Blue 2 will ride in with his Equivalent stance on "that" bus, but the evidence I see, every day, is "Nige" is seen as the lying toad some guessed he was, but who has now been proved to be.

Fool me once, and all that.

I'm sure 'honest Nige' will find a home peddling populist propaganda to crackpots and lunatics in America don't worry. He just thinks he's found a better cash cow.

4 day week, free office, only 12 percent tax , and well over 4 months holiday.......plus expenses ......not bad hey ho.....

So what mate?

How on earth does the employment conditions of MEPs relate to the fiasco we are witnessing?

I feel complacency lost the last referendum you describe in your post.....

Westminster normally doesn’t sit on Fridays either, Joe.

Last Friday was an exception.

And I am sure they have four months off as well.

And as for expenses....well, our people down Westminster bow to no one when it comes to milking them :)
