Well that's easy as it just requires an understanding of how things work today, and then asking whether the same environment will exist in various Brexit scenarios. If they won't, what impact might that have.

One day Bruce, a craft from our planet will enter a black hole. No one will know what will happen, but some brave people will nonetheless do it in order to determine future transport modes. These people will literally be putting their lives on the line. Obviously it will have previously been tested in autonomous mode, but eventually real people will have to do it. Now no one knows whether the environment will be the same, and it certainly will have no bearings on how things work today. No one will understand the real impact. But we will do it. We always have, from wooden sailing ships to submarines and aircraft. At some some point we have to try it out. Brexit is no different. We have to try it and make it work, or forever stay as we are......

Some people also pour concrete into their anus. Not all leaps of faith are glorious and valiant, some are just flat out stupid.
