I think we must agree to differ in our opinions then, which is absolutely fine is it not? I think we need to be consistent in our opinions though. That hypothetical example I gave of the MEP who was trying to stop a no deal Brexit through his platform in the European parliament. If you believe that Farage was wrong in his actions then you must also accept the same applies here. Do you agree?Just read it.
I'm working through the contradictions. We have a parliamentary democracy, whether we like it or not. So those complaining about parliament, while frustrating, should accept the democratic process. If they don't like the decision of Parliament, then why aren't they asking for a general election (I now you are which definitely clarifies the position).
Specifically about Farage, he isn't challenging the decision of the UK through UK process or through UK legislation, he's specifically asking foreign politicians to frustrate the will of UK Parliament through his platform in European Parliament as an MEP. I'm surprised the Daily Mail aren't up in arms and branding him a traitor.
Also, I think we both know that the Daily Mail is not going to call out Farage in this (until they changed editors anyway) But I'd fully expect the likes of the Guardian, Mirror and Independent to have had him hung drawn and quartered by now.
