I might be late to the party, but today is the first I've heard of ESSG.

It looks like a press release has been circulated;

A 'coalition' of Everton supporters' groups are due to meet with the club having submitted proposals about fan involvement at Goodison Park.

On the back of the fan-led review of football governance, the ESSG have been working on a document for the past six months to take to the Blues' hierarchy.

The ESSG created a Twitter account a couple of hours ago and Tweeted;



Perhaps without surprise, it's raised a few eyebrows;

One huge problem is the disconnect between club and fans.
This is just adding fuel to that fire. Whats with the secrecy? Who are these groups, whats the credentials for having a direct line to the club? Wheres my consultation on fan involvement?
Sounds like another crew who want a badge.
