Depends on where in NZ. So in all pretty mixed. Follows the seasons pretty well (which is opposite of the northern hemisphere,)

Auckland is temperate. Almost hot summers, almost cold winters. And because of its geography, Auckland is one of the few places in the world you can experience all 4 seasons in one day. Twice.
